Healthy Living with Diabetes

The West Coast PHO runs programmes to help people make healthy lifestyle choices and take control of their chronic conditions, such as diabetes.  This four week course is run in Westport, Greymouth and Hokitika and you can enquire by asking at your medical centre or by telephoning Amy on (03) 768 6182.

Living Well with Type 2 Diabetes. 

Who is it for:

  • Adults who have been recently diagnosed and have had initial education at the diabetes clinic.
  • People who would benefit from a refresher course in their diabetes self-care.
  • People who are finding it difficult to manage their diabetes.
